What the hell is this?

I've been really unwell for over a week with V&D. Went to GP yesterday who said I was dehydrated and sent me into hospital for blood tests and fluids. Hospital refused fluids and sent me home to drink more water. Bloods came back normal and only dodgy observation was a higher than normal heart rate. 3 times now I've had a gritty like discharge left on toilet paper when wiping after a wee. Has anyone had this or have any idea what it could be? Will try and attach photo in comments.

It won't let me add a photo - argh! But it's brownish, gritty and gross.

Probably crystals in your urine caused by dehydration. Are you keeping water down now?

Probably uric acid crystals caused by dehydration but you need to go back to the GP to rule out other causes. I would call 111 if you can’t get an appointment. Different types of crystals have different shapes and colours so sending a photo will be helpful.
