Dd woke up this morning with small red spots on her back and face, and I assumed that because of the weather it was probably heat rash. he ones on her back haven't bothered her, but she is saying the ones on her face itch. She had her immunisations 2 weeks ago so could it be a delayed reaction to that instead?
