I used one for years and would still be using it if I was still able to get hold of the spermicidal gel. My fpc can only supply cream now and I am allergic to it so had to stop using mine. I never had a uti or cystitis with it and found it very easy to use once I got the hang of putting it in.

LOVE mine - I hate condoms and I hate hormones and don't want a coil. They're easy to put in (and yucky to take out). Please don't stop making them until I am menopausal.

"My fpc can only supply cream now and I am allergic to it so had to stop using mine."

So am I. I import Gynol II from the US, from online chemists. Very cheap and quick.

Thanks EBenes. I've been sterilised now so no longer need it but I wish I'd known that a couple of years ago.

I love mine - fpc do them as do Marie Stopes.

Sorry to hear it, shouldbeworking. I think it is really bad the way the pill is pushed hard at all women but you practically need a special licence from the government to get a diaphragm now.
