Any supplements or vitamins that help with avoiding colds?

I know it's cold season but I've had my 2nd heavy cold since Xmas (Xmas I was flat out). Have a fairly decent diet. No major underlying health conditions (awaiting endoscopy to check for celiac, history or iron deficiency anaemia which required infusions last summer).

All I iake at the moment is some digestive enzymes & probiotics to help with my bloating and IBS. And HRT too

What could help boost my immune system? Just basic vit C or a combo of things?

TIA

Zinc, Vitamin D.

Vitamin C, vitamin D and zinc, all daily. Make sure your diet is at least 50% raw fruit and veg. Spend as much time as possible exercising outdoors, running or walking.

I can't promise it will work for everyone but despite spending time in primary schools for my work, with close contact with kids, I haven't had a cold for about 10 years.

Thank you. I never used to get colds. Went for years without one but I've had a stressful few months and am thinking that's maybe connected to it too.

Will get myself some of these
