Ill before period every month. Bloods - What to test for?

I’m getting ill every month week before period, happened twice in row now and although it might be a coincidence, symptoms (sinusitis and fatigue) have been exactly the same. I’d like to get my blood tested to rule out any deficiencies. Other than ferritin, b12, vit d, what else should I request to be tested? I am 18 months pp and still breastfeeding so hormones likely still awry so don’t think worthwhile testing hormones? Thanks so much!

Just ask for full blood tests, that’s what the GP will also suggest.

I used to think I was getting sinusitis. It was ruled out and turned out to be migraines which looking back were monthly. Do you think that could be it?

Thank you. Had planned to get one of those online blood tests but have since been to the drs and got a test booked in 🙏

I used to feel like I was getting a cold every month...just one of those things I think

Google ‘period flu’. It’s a thing.
