Hoping lollygaggle is about!

I'm at the dentist on Monday but I can't tell which tooth it is Confused
Got a heavily filled wisdom tooth which has caused issues before, the one next to that is where I THINK the pain is and the one next to that also has a large filling

I've been using sensitive toothpaste smeared on it and flossed with the toothpaste, I use xylitol as a mouth rinse after meals, high fluoride toothpaste to brush and no rinsing
Grind/clench at night but always wear a mouthguard

It's like a mild throbbing pressure, no sharp pain, not sensitive to temperature...
I'm worried he won't be able to find anything

The dentist can do a test to find out which tooth is causing you problems. I had this test done recently before a tooth was extracted 😁

Good luck 🤞🏾

They did an xray thing where it moves around your head?

Found decay under an old filling so booked to have that done and I also need an upper wisdom tooth out

You can get referred pain from decay in a top tooth to a bottom tooth, so taking that top one out (if it's at the same side as the pain) should help!

Different side annoyingly!

He thinks the pain is the decay under the filling as it's in that area lower right
But the x ray showed a hole upper left wisdom tooth which he said it's impossible to fill so that needs to come out

I'm also a terrified patient so this will be fun

He did say my teeth were incredibly clean

Filling out, small amount of decay removed, new filling in

He doesn't think that's causing the pain Sad (different guy to the one who did the x ray and said the decay WAS causing the pain)
The tooth next to it has absolutely nothing showing on the x ray

I'm still very numb so will have to see how it is
