Feel like some thing is stuck in my throat

i have this feeling of something being stuck in my throat on the right side, I’ve had a look in my mouth and there’s a few white spots on that side that I can just about see (not easily), it almost feels rough.. like when you eat something and it gets stuck until you have a drink. I have tried to have a poke around to see if it’s a tonsil stone but I can’t reach there and I can’t really see either. My throat doesn’t hurt but this feeling is driving me mad. Anyone else had this?

Of course see your GP (err if you can!) but globus is most likely unless you've scratched your throat at some point

Try using a water syringe and blasting your tonsils with a jet of water, this can dislodge any tonsil stones that you can't see

I think a GP appointment is wise.

I have got a GP appointment tomorrow at 8.45, I can see something white but it’s at the side so can’t fully see it myself but I know whatever that is, is what is making me feel like thst
