Dentures in water for a week

I was given dentures last week after tooth extractions. One wouldn’t go back in so was told to keep it out til my next appointment. I’m worried it’ll be damaged now as I’ve left it in water for a week? I have changed the water every day.

I'd suggest it'd suffer far more from being in your (acidic) mouth 16/24!

If the material seems normal, and it's intact, it's fine.

It will be fine, no issues at all about it being kept in water. Stop worrying OP.
