Possibly prostate cancer

Hello lovely people
It is a possibility that my husband got prostate cancer. Recently he had very bad back pain and tailbone pain I asked him to go to GP. He also had very weak urine flow and sometimes problems with erection for sometime. He went to GP she told that she is not worried about prostate?? He is 53 and black man but she send him for spine MRI which discovered that he really got some back problems and metastasis in his spine. Which makes me think it’s prostate cancer. Doctor calling him tomorrow to arrange MRI and CT scan to find from where this metastasis are coming.
I really hoping my husband will be fine .We got 3 very small kids. I am very depressed.
Does anyones husband had prostate cancer with bone metastasis? Any good stories please?
I can’t imagine him dying.

Hope you get some answers soon, op. It must be a very worrying time.

My dad developed prostate cancer 3 years ago and got radiation treatment for it. A year later he found it had spread to his spine. He got more radiation a year ago and so far is fine. He is technically in stage 4 cancer but cancer is gone after the radiation.
