Hello, I’ve had breast pain in my left breast now for 8 months I am currently 10 months post partum not breastfeeding.
i had been to the hospital as I thought when this first came I was actually having a heart attack but that wasn’t the case.
the pain comes and goes throughout the day sometimes it’s a throbbing, burning or shooting pain but can change. I still get the pain when I’m on my period so don’t think it’s menstrual related.
I have been checking for like obvious symptoms like lumps but I panic as I do feel lumps in both breasts and I know it’s normal to have lumps but I just panic.
I have noticed white spots around the nipple and on the nipple but not sure if that’s anything to worry about. I have made a referral to see the GP regarding this but wanted to see if anyone had experienced anything similar? for reference I’m 27.
