Cholesterol Stats - pls help me to understand

Hello! I’ve recently had some cholesterol results back and need to book a gp appointment to understand them. As this will be a while I was wondering if anyone can help me in the meantime?

Triglycerides 1.6
Total Cholesterol. 5.82
HDL Cholesterol 1.3
Non HDL Cholesterol 3.9
Total Cholesterol/HDL ratio 4.48

Have a look here and compare your results. I don't see LDL on your results.

Your results are not alarming on first glance anyway. If anything needs tweaking diet/lifestyle changes can help in the first instance
