7mo shaking head/ jerking back- what does it mean??

Hello MNers,

My DS has over the last few weeks started shaking/ jerking his head occasionally. It's like he has a shiver down his spine. He does the throwing his head back when he's tired/ hungry thing but that's different. This is definitely more of a shudder. Anyone got any ideas what it is? I'm worried it could be his ears but he doesn't seem bothered in any other way...

My DD does this too, exactly like when adults have 'a shiver down their back'. I think it might be normal.

Let's see if anybody else's DC do it.
