eGFR and creatinine

Hi all. Last year I had an US on my urinary Tract as creatinine came back as 84 (was in 40s year before when pregnant), and nothing was picked up on US. I’ve just had another test and eGFR is 81 and creatinine is 84 still. I am 33. Should I be concerned about anything kidney related? Thanks!

Creatinine is normal. It's usually lower in pregnancy so will have come back up

I wouldn't worry re eGFR anything above 60 is not reported where I work so you'd never have known

@Musicaltheatremum thanks for your reply. You sound like you have experience with this stuff so I’m grateful to you for sharing your knowledge! It’s really helped put my mind at ease. I think it’s just worrying as some websites suggest my creatinine is high, and some also suggest eGFR below 90 is a problem!

Gfr of 81 is not ideal but the drs don’t really do anything until it drops under 60.
at 81 it can be improved by a healthier diet,normal blood pressure increasing fluids.
