I have had a sore shoulder from lifting two small children and it has kind of spread to become a sore neck. Its all down my left hand side (which is the arm I hold the kids in so I can do things with my right hand at the same time).
When I wake after being asleep in bed, I am always in a lot of pain. I have tried 2 pillos, 1 pillow, 2 pillows in a V shape, making a butterfly shape with one pillow and none of it seems to work.
I am not sure what to do now...
I am now lifting the children 'correctly' and trying to avoid it as much as possible, but its just not possible not to lift them at all.
If anyone has any magic solutions or sensible suggestions, I would really appreciate it.
