I know HRT is supposed to be a lot lower risk now with regards to cancers, but what is everyone’s experience? I have two friends post menopause on HRT that have been diagnosed with breast cancer. Then of course they’re immediately asked to stop taking HRT.

Apparently HRT doesn’t cause the cancer, but it makes it grow faster when you have it.
Apparently the risk for BC, of taking HRT, is less than drinking alcohol or being overweight. So are either of these friends overweight and/or drink alcohol?
Im on HRT and am overweight (size 16) so I stopped alcohol as I needed the HRT to continue to work.
