Need help with really sore skin.

My skin condition has flared up on my hands and arms and it’s really sore. I’ve had paracetamol to try and take some of the soreness and heat out, and been using the cream I’ve been prescribed- cetreban, but that stings like crazy. I’ve also got an ointment called hydromol but that just seems to trap the heat in and sort of runs off the ‘wet’ bits.

I can’t take the likes of ibuprofen as I’m allergic to them. I can’t take the usually mange it but it kept me awake last night.

Any suggestions to ease it?

Moo Goo moisturiser. The full cream moisturiser is amazing and very, very gentle with no petrochemicals. It's recommended for people undergoing chemo. You can buy it from Holland and Barratt.

Egyptian cream is my solution after experiencing similar difficulties as you describe. When my face cleared a bit I began using Aveeno facial cream and continued with the Egyptian cream on my legs and body.
Also sure there will be a better method but currently this is all working so I'll continue!

I use a combination of Aveeno and some zinc cream I bought. I have eczema on my hands.

Thank you for the suggestions I will give them a try. It’s just so raw at the moment.
