Can't stop itching!!

For the past few months, I keep getting really itchy hands and feet. Sometimes feels like a tingle. But now getting itchy in other places.

I had a diabetes and liver enzyme test a few months ago which was normal. B12, iron etc was also normal.

Any ideas what could be causing it? Driving me mad!!!

I have low iron and often get itchy hands & feet, along with pins and needles in both hands & feet.

Perhaps request a blood test.

There is a huge scabies problem across the country at the moment. Speaking from personal experience, that itching drives you insane!

I once got really very itchy for ages, to the point my dad was going to make a docs appointment for me - turned out it was the fake tan I was using. Any new lotions or creams that might be trigger you?

@ThatUniqueKoala to be fair, although it was 'normal'. It was on the low end (80 - under 80 was abnormal) so I will try supplements anyway.

@swashbucklecheer ooo interesting. Not that I can think of. Might be worth trying a new washing detergent
