You need to stop vaping.

There should be a blood clot over the extraction site but vaping may well have dislodged it.

I can only suggest that you don't vape at all and maybe speak to your dentist later on. Take regular pain killers and use salt water (don't swill it about , just hold it in your mouth).

If you had dry socket you'd know, when I had it all I could do was rock backwards and forwards and count the minutes till I could take the next lot of painkillers. It was almost as bad as labour.

It's definitely not worth risking for the sake of vaping.

my biggest fear ahh! dentist told me not to vape for first 24 hours and from that i’ve only been taking a few draws a day🙈 the pain isn’t really pain tbh it’s more a nagging that’s soothed with two paracetamol and a hot water bottle

Was it dry socket? Had mine out on Friday and still too scared to vape it will be 72 hours tomorrow morning!

Looks completely normal, mine looked like this. Try not to worry but also try not to vape

I had two teeth extracted and had no issue with day socket. However I was told to avoid smoking, vaping, or using straws for a number of days. I would skip the vaping if I were you. Dry socket sounds awful.
