I've been researching LASIK options online and came across the Presbyond LASIK procedure, which can correct presbyopia. I'm curious if anyone has undergone this procedure. Can you see clearly at both distance and while reading? or Does it feel like wearing multifocal contact lenses?
I am considering LASIK surgery to correct my nearsightedness and slight astigmatism. During my regular eye exam yesterday, I found out that I also have presbyopia. I'm trying multifocal contact lenses at the moment, and I'm not happy yet; I think it is because my slight astigmatism still makes sight a bit blurry in the distance (I have small astigmatism, and they are not available on contact lenses).
The promotional materials from LASIK clinics tend to be very sales-oriented, making it hard to find unbiased opinions. I would appreciate any insights you could share.
