I have just had Arthroscopic Sub-acromial Decompression surgery in my shoulder and I'm wondering if anyone has had this and can give me any positive stories of full recovery? My range of movement feels so limited and I think I'm looking at 6 months to feel 100% which feels a long time Confused

I’ve had this done and had a pretty good range of movement after around 6 weeks, my arm was in a sling for around 3 weeks and I had to start physio very shortly after the surgery and the pain was much better very quickly afterwards

Thank you for your response it's made me feel more positive today! I have started physio exercises and was advised to ditch the sling as soon as possible. Sleeping is a challenge, feels like a long road ahead
