What’s on my lip?

I’ve had this little red dot on my lip quite a while now. Doesn’t fade doesn’t seem to be much bigger if any bigger, also is flat and sort of appeared from nowhere?

any ideas at all? I’ve a dentist appt next week but can’t see anyone till then & am a bit worried!

Just skin pigmentation from a tiny blood vessel, probably. Not something I would give a second thought to.

@Mabelface thanks very much. I had googled & nothing really came up as an answer. Because unfortunately I do have health anxiety but it’s been a lot better recently & this has just been in and out of my head. But thank you!
