Cough and vomiting virus - anyone else?

Both Dh and Ds have had this. A horrible dry cough and then feeling/being sick.

Just wondering if anyone else has had this particular combination? If so how long has it gone off for? They don't have cold symptoms just this. Ds (adult) said he feels hot and a bit dizzy/head rushy too.

Could do a covid test but not sure if that gets us any further.

I'm supposed to be visiting my elderly dparents tomorrow. I don't want to miss seeing them but I don't want to pass anything on. This time of year I could have anything at any time to pass on of course.

I have something similar. Jakeman sweets and Benylin cough mixture are keeping me going. It’s horrible though. Started last Thursday and no better yet. Covid test negative.

Yes we had it for 2 long long weeks. It was full blown flu for me though aches and fever, lost my appetite completely and barely ate for two weeks been calling it the Fluzempic diet

My child and half the class have it 😩 thought it was a cold but now sick too.
