When to worry about rash

I started with a rash on my lower back before Christmas. It's not bothered me at all, and only a little itchy if I touch it so I've left it be without any worry. But should I be concerned now that it's been there a while? Or can I just continue to ignore?

It’s hard to tell from the photo. They look like moles or just spots rather than a rash but I think it’s probably just the way the photo shows them. If it’s actually a rash I’d take a clearer photo and then do an online consultation witj the GP if they offer that service. It means they can view the photo and then call you to say if you need to come in or see a pharmacist for example.

Spots on my back are still there after 8 weeks, but they’re not bothering me so I’ve left them, but now these red marks have started appearing on my feet….!
