Ringworm usually has a darker outline with normal skin colour within the ring

Not really. RW is more redder and has a more defined line. It's also usually very itchy.
If you suspect it is you could put daktarin cream on it. But I'd try hydrocortisone cream instead as it looks like just a mild rash/reaction as opposed to RW.

No that doesn't look like ring worm at all.

I.had it years ago and it was incredibly itchy.
