Bluecrest MOT yes or no

I received an invite for an MOT through the post from Bluecrest. Google reviews are mixed, ranging from brilliant to it’s a scam (suggesting lots of expensive follow up tests). What’s the collective sisterhood advice? Bin the letter or have the MOT?

My DH had one a few years ago and found it helpful, they did flag some issues which needed investigating but he was referred back to his Gp - all turned out fine but he found it helpful to have it flagged. Very thorough.
