Should I bother the GP?

I keep experiencing an intense shooting pain in my right groin/pelvis. I have no other symptoms and feel okay in myself.

I'm late 40's and single. I haven't been sexually active for years.....so definitely not pregnancy related and unlikely to be a sti. I take the combined pill continuously to control pms....so I don't have any periods.

I wouldn't be that worried, but when the pain happens it is so intense! But it passes so quickly! It has been a couple of weeks. It's every day. It's not affecting my life, so I don't really think I should bother a gp. But when it happens it's so intense, so every time it happens I feel very worried!

Google says it might be an ovarian cyst, the appendix or just a digestive issue, like gas.

Maybe I will wait another couple of weeks

That's definitely the sort of thing to see a gp about (if you can get an appointment!), you don't need to suffer on given it's already been weeks and you feel worried..Constipation is another possibility that can feel.can intense and stabby and you could try eliminating yourself first, if you wanted to.
