Something odd I've noticed. I've come off the pill and my skin has flared up. This is expected as it did the same the last time I came off the pill in order to conceive. But the acne is only on my left hand side! Face and chest...why would it just be one side of my body? It's not because of sleeping on that side as I move constantly at night.
