Can anyone explain if this is normal? I've had an incredibly stressful past four years (new
Mum, then divorce, return to work etc). I haven't looked after my body very well (zero exercise and awful diet... snacking on sugar and carbs mainly) and have been genuinely living in flight or fight mode. My circumstances have drastically changed and since Christmas I have prioritised my mental and physical health! I've lost about two lbs, but what I have noticed is that I don't seem to crave any sweet foods and I just don't feel that hungry! For example today I realised at 2pm I hadn't eaten anything but didn't feel a craving to eat anything. Is this normal?

I've been taking a well woman supplement as well as evening primrose oil, omega 3, and vitamin D. I'm not sure whether lack of appetite could indicate an underlying condition?
