Everything has flared up

I know you ladies aren't trained medical professionals, but given that I don't stand much chance of seeing a professional, I'll ask my question here.
I'm perimenopausal and I have a nasty skin condition called lichen sclerosus. It's a bit like psoriasis of the vulva. It's been quiet for the last 10 or so months. This week, it has flared up again after mild abrasion from a Mooncup.
Simultaneously, my IBS has triggered, my dodgy knee has kicked off and my sinuses are inflamed.
So seriously, WTF? I eat well, exercise loads, sleep well, have few worries or anxieties. Can one inflammation set off a whole systematic chain of inflammations? I feel like I'm next stop: glue factory.

Yes.
I have rheumatoid arthritis which is autoimmune. One seemingly unrelated thing can set off a domino effect.

Thank you. Makes sense.
