Hi
Can anyone help me with one of my results please? I'm panicking a bit.
My haematocrit is slightly raised 0.476 when the high end range should be 0.455.
Googled it (I know) and some scary stuff.
Has anyone had experience with this or has any knowledge please?

This is why people seeing their own results is often a bad plan.
You have one result very slightly off and you are googling it and catastrophising.
Take a deep breath. Come off google. Talk to the doctor who ordered it.
One very slightly off result is very unlikely to be an issue.

Sorry, I should say sometimes a bad plan. Plenty of people can look at their results calmly.
It sounds like you may have health anxiety given this reaction. Please consider doing whatever you need to do so that you cannot see your own results. Always let a health care professional sit down with you and explain them rationally.

Glass of water will probably fix it!
