Citalopram

Is 40mg of Citalopram a high dose? I take it for anxiety and panic attacks.

Iirc it’s the maximum allowed. I don’t think it’s helpful to think in terms of high or low though tbh, rather the dose that works for you. it’s just a number really at which it’s not recommend go over, as it may cause additional issues (AF iirc)
I used to be on 60mg, until the guidelines changed. My life was brilliant when I was on 60mg, I haven’t been really well since they changed it. I’m now on maximum dose of a different med but feel I could do with more.
