ive Had impetigo before but does this look like its impetigo? I just had sudecreme on it so it looks a bit weird.

I have no idea, but impetigo is one of the conditions that pharmacists can deal with under the Pharmacy First scheme. So you could find your nearest Pharmacy First location and maybe get there tonight if they're still open.
