Evening.....

I postes a few weeks ago about my high BP in drs surgery. I was asked to record it at home last week and send drs recordings.
They have said the average is 130 over 91.
I have made efforts to reduce stress, calm down, walk more, try and shift lbs, cut caffeine and drink more water.
I can see the surgery has closed my ticket abiut the readings. With an average of mine whats the normal actions?

130 over 91 is fine they've closed it as its not an issue

The top number (pressure when pumping) needs to be over 140 and bottom number (pressure at resting) needs to be over 100 for our surgery to do anything. They will probably ask you to do the same average readings every year.

If you have a monitor at home keep an eye on it and measure it every so often.

130 over 91 is a little high but not really concerning. Carry on with the steps you're already taking.
