Overdosing on vitamin B6 via supplements

I don't take vitamin supplements, but I know a lot of people do, so this might be worth reading.

It turns out that some supplements have a huge amount of vitamin B6, and this can lead to nerve damage.

That's interesting. I always make sure any vitamins I take don't have the same things in them for this sort of reason. Definitely got to take care with the natural remedies as well, though I do find occasional B supplementation useful.

Something similar can happen with medicines. People have accidentally overdosed on paracetamol because they take the maximum amount in pills, then Lemsip, then Night Nurse, etc.

Yes, I've heard of that too.

I have B vitamins but they say take two a day. I only ever take one. I feel that's helpful without taking loads.
