Has my DS had a Lymes disease tick bite

Thank you so much for reading.

I was changing my DS’ nappy and noticed something black on his leg, I brushed it off and had a quick thought of ‘oh, was that a tick’. I squeezed the thing, it felt soft ish, thought it must have been fluff, and then thought nothing much more of it.

A week later he came out in a rash on his leg, see picture and now that rash has gone (after about a week) but he’s now got a rash all over his body. I’ve been to the Drs twice and first time they said viral rash and nappy rash, and second time they said dermatitis. I didn’t mention the black dot I brushed off, as I’d forgotten about it until I was Googling rashes and saw that one looked similar to his but stated it was a rash associated with Lymes disease. Do you think I should get him seen again?

The things making me question it are:

1, it is not tick season
2, it could just be nappy rash
3, he has only been in nursery’s garden, our garden and the park
4, the Dr would probably dismiss me

DS also hasn’t been very well, cold, cough and tired.

WWYD?

This doesn't look like a Lyme rash to me. It looks like there are little raised spots/bumps? A Lyme rash tends to be flat or only slightly raised and appears more like one splodge rather than little spots
