Sickness bug question!

Hi all
So our household was struck down with a sick bug just after new years, the 2 children and my husband first and me a couple of days after.

My sickness started on the 3rd and finished the same day, however I've had diarrhoea since, so for the last 6 days. Still can't eat properly and feel sick constantly.

Is this normal?
Sick bugs I've had before I felt well again within a couple of days.

Children and husband were all ok 48 hours after symptoms stopped.

Yes. Diarrhoea can last 7 days.
I will go and find the nhs advice link.
I had horrendous diarrhoea for a whole 7 days last year, finally stopped (although still not great) day 8, and I could eat properly day 9 ish. It was hell.
