Lump on shin bone

Hi, I recently found 2 little bumps/lumps on my shin bone. They are more visible when I put pressure on my legs but if I look for them I can see them. I honestly do not know how long are they there…I did not hit my leg recently. I will go to my doctor but wondering if these bumps are common? It makes me a bit nervous. Thank you.

Do they feel like they are bone lumps or are they hard lumps that can move when you move the skin?
They look like they could be lipomas which are perfectly safe fatty lumps x

Or they could be old ingrown hairs maybe?

They are hard I believe. I don’t know if they are coming form the bone or not.

Lipomas are hard but they don't feel attached to the bone if that makes sense.
Always worth getting it checked but the fact that there's two lumps would reassure me xx
