Hi
Does anyone have any idea what this might be.
DD20
Slept around 11.30pm, woke up at 3.30 with headache located on right temple and body feeling very hot. Cannot uncover an inch of skin without violently shaking from sudden cold. Nauseous. Drank water and went back to bed.
4.30am still feeling incredibly hot and nauseous, felt like she's going to vomit. Go to loo, vomit quite hard but very little quantity. Turn lights on to brush teeth and wash hands, notice red dots all over my face. Spat out toothpaste and see a bit of blood from vomiting. Drink a bit more water to help with heat/headache.
Go back to bed. Wake up at 9.

I'm posting but she will respond.

No doctors appointment available before Thursday.

Not sure but the rash around eyes can be from forceful vomiting. When we vomit hard we can break the small capillaries.

What is her temp like and pulse?

DD here.

@Happydaisydoo rash around the eye has been here for a while, and I think it’s due to the stress - currently having a very bad time with my studies.

Pulse is looking good and my temp was 35.9ºC this morning when I woke up.

Happydaisydoo · 07/01/2025 16:15

Does the rash fade under glass?

Catapaulting · 07/01/2025 16:18

What is your temp normally? Low temp can be a sign of sepsis.

ByTipsySwan · 07/01/2025 19:04

@Happydaisydoo yes !
@Catapaulting normal temp is between 36-37°C, currently at 36.1°C
