Bulge on right side when I cough

Hello

I haven't seen a doctor yet because I feel silly not being able to describe it.

I'm 33 yo. For the last few weeks now, when I cough or sneeze I feel some discomfort in my right side. Sometimes a little towards the back but still on right.

It feels like a bulge except I can't feel a bulge.. 😮‍💨 when I cough, sneeze etc my hand goes there because I feel it..

What could it be?

You won't always feel a hernia it may just feel like a bulge inside
Only your GP can assess you for this
Don't wait too like as it may get worse
