What the blardy hell is wrong with my stomach

Symptoms

-Major major burping

-No appetite

-Rock hard distended stomach

-Feel really nauseaus after one or two bites of food

-Constant dull stomach ache

Have been sick once right at the start (this was three days ago) been like this since.

It is driving me mad, it even hurts to pick the baby up, any ideas?

Dyspepsia?

Just googled them both, its not dyspepsia and sounds v much like a peptic ulcer

Don't want to alarm you, but loss of appetite and a swollen stomach are both symptoms of ovarian cancer. It's definitely worth going to get it checked out. It's very treatable if caught early.

I think you should give NHS Direct a call for this. Are you constipated aswell?

See a doctor asap. Don't leave it - I hope you can get seen quickly.

Losing weight yes, 7st 10lbs not a good look

Not eaten anything much for 3 days though so not surprised

It eased off this morning but is back with a vengance now (seems to be conected with eating, comes back when I eat)

I had something like this a couple of weeks ago. It disappeared within a week.

I feel so sick though with the pressure and then when I burp it goes, then sickness then burping then sickness then burping

I am thinking gall stones - more common than the more serious things. Honestly though, it is not good to speculate or diagnose over the internet. Please do go and see your GP, or if you are feeling really ill/in pain, go to A&E.
