I'm afraid it's a poo Q ... 🤷‍♀️

I have a recurrent stomach thing that a lot of tests and scans have not been able to solve.

Nothing happens for ages then I'll get a small sharp localised pain just below my left ribs and the whole of my tum gets massively bloated.

The pain can then get lesser but much more widespread and feels kind of sour.

No problem with eating, no nausea etc, though super farty.

This can go on for several days and then fade away.

Although the poo situation is ok, I often feel like it's unfinished business - I've been prescribed/advised Lansoprazole, Gaviscon, mint things, but is there anything you can recommend to take or eat that can just start off a full poo clear out? I often feel that would be the best thing that could happen...

My apologies, everyone. I'm fed up with it.

If it were me I'd go a more natural route. There's one dhal dish I make that gives the whole family a good clear out - thoroughly cooked lentils, coconut milk and spices. It's delicious and we're all completely emptied next morning! My mum swears by prunes but they just make me gassy. I also find cooked and diced carrots at lunch time (lots of them) give me a really good clear out too.

I hope it works out for you. Coming off the back of a bad case of pregnancy hemorrhoids myself and it sucks.
