Pink/purple marks on stomach

Does anyone have any idea what these pink/purple marks on my stomach might be? I don’t think they were there this morning but I have just noticed them when getting changed

I've had similar when I've scratched myself against something and the result of a small, mini bruise under the skin. Belt buckle? Something rubbing on your trousers or a top?
Are they sore or itchy?

I get this when I scratch myself, it brings the blood to the surface of my skin.

Not sore or itchy. Completely flat and more purple than they look in the photo. They’re also like a bunch of connected dots more than lines, if that makes sense. I’ve had a t shirt and jumper on at work all day and sit at a desk so don’t think they’re scratches as I’ve not done anything today that might have scratched me.

just thought they were a bit weird and thought I’d see what people thought!
