Any herbalists out there? How much Dong Quai can I take without it being fatal/dangerous?

Title says it all really. Am taking 2 x 530mg tablets every 4 hours. Is that dangerous?

Sladey, very glad you are going to Marie Stopes rather than risking your health with herbal remedies - they are just as powerful and as capable of doing damage as conventional medicines.

So sorry you find yourself in this situation and hope it all goes well on Friday.

Edam. I have my appointment with Marie Stopes next Friday. But I am trying the herbal remedies in the meantime. I will take them until the end of tomorrow and if they have not worked by then i will stop and instead turn my energies to facing up to what I will go through on Friday.
