Hi, I keep seeing ads on my social media for grounding mats. The reviews and claims are beginning to convince me. Anyone actually tried in real life? Is it total bollocks?

I don't know what this is but acupressure mats are brilliant.

I totally get the skepticism. I felt the same way at first! But I decided to give grounding a try, and honestly, it’s been a game-changer for my sleep.

Grounding as a thing might have some basis in science as it is just about the exchange of electrons. But the mats are ridiculous, because if it works, it will work everywhere, and work best outside in nature.
Don't spend money on it, trying sitting outside once and while.
