Food poisoning?

I cooked mince with mash on Sunday using frozen mince, and portioned it into containers. I have been eating it each night since then. I was fine until tonight and have been managing my IBS symptoms with kefir and being mindful of what I eat in general.
I had some of the mince and mash at 8pm and within about an hour I’ve feel like I cant balance, I’ve had awful stomach contractions and diarrhoea. I feel really dehydrated and nauseous. I’m going to bed but is this likely to be food poisoning? what medicines are recommended?

Anti emetics / anti histamines, immodium.

Surely it's better out than in??

Not sure if it is food poisoning but there is a horrific stomach bug going around at the moment.

I assume you heated the mince and potato to piping hot and it was stored correctly.

No, that's a myth.

I’m not sure either it could be anything I get stomach issues all the time but my stomach issues were being managed well and then within an hour of eating my dinner I got really awful symptoms.
Yes it was stored in the fridge and then microwaved, I thought it would be fine after 2 days especially since it was frozen mince in a bag to begin with

That sounds like the start of the flu

Some food poisoning can take a couple of days to show up.
