Broad spectrum vitamin

Hi I'm on very strong medication long term which I know is leeching vitamins out of my system.

Can anyone recommend a good all round vitamin I can take

These are very good. I always feel better a week or so after starting them, and start flagging a couple of weeks after running out. I really must buy some more now I think about it.

I use Centrum women 50+

Holland and Barratt also do an ABC-Z multi vitamin tablet that I swear by.

I take these which are really good, they have the more easily absorbed versions of the B vitamins

These are pretty good - they're large but not impossible to swallow and, tbh, like most multivitamins, they taste/smell pretty rank for the second or so before you've swallowed them.

Doesn't hurt to add in a separate magnesium glycinate and obviously, depending upon the medication, your prescriber's advice may vary (eg, if you're on Methotrexate, you can't take any folate other than what is prescribed on a specific day afterwards).
