Rash and nausea

Does this rash look familiar to anyone? It's only on my stomach but really all over it. It's raised and feels like sandpaper.

I've also just woken up after multiple dreams that I was being sick and I actually feel pretty nauseous (though not massively like when a bug strikes).

I did have mild stomach cramps the night before last and worried I had a bug then too but it never developed.
No other symptoms except sleeping more the last few days and I woke up feeling very dizy a couple of days ago.

Does it sound like any virus anyone has had recently?

A sandpaper rash can be a sign of strep A

Thanks @DustyLee123 it was my first thought but no sore throat at all.

The rash has now spread to the inside of my arms.

It's now looking very similar to what DS had this summer which we assumed to be slapped cheek virus at the time as it was going round.

But I've only been around my family for a week or 2 and noone else has anything. Puzzling!

No itching whatsoever but I'm getting concerned in case it's something I can pass on...
