Has anyone tried this or any that are on the high street? (I think Sainsburys do one) I don't have any symptoms of deficiency but would like to keep on top of my levels once a year and make sure I am on track.

For once a year do a blood test that way you can check other levels at the same time. If your vitamin D is low, your GP or nephrologist can give you a prescription for booster sachets to take every month or two.

Good thinking, I wonder how do I get a blood test? Do you think pay private? X

Just ask your GP. You go to a hospital, you shouldn’t have to pay for the tests.
