Ligament damage in wrist - a&e?

I fell out of the car some time last year (foot got caught on the seat belt 😅) and landed heavily on my wrists. Both very sore afterwards but generally forgot about them. Over the last year, the right wrist has been sore if I move it too much. It's escalated a lot in the last 2 months. I went to see an MSK person at the doctors and he said its ligament damage and to try some exercises. It's getting worse though :( I bought a splint as I keep knocking it and 'resetting' the healing process but now I'm in agony at the slightest movement. When I press it, it hurts, moving it up, down, side to side all hurts. I couldn't wash myself in the bath before or even go to the toilet properly 😅 it is VERY sore and I feel like crying over it 🫠 I need a scan! I know an xray won't pick up anything but a ct scan will. How on earth do I approach this though? I have a minor injuries near me but they won't be able to do a ct scan. There's also an A&e near me too. I don't want to waste people's time but I'm in pain and my wrist isnt functioning nornally at all. The other option is to email the doctors and see if I can go back to the MSK person but that will be a good few weeks wait to an appointment 😩
What would you do?

Gp who will refer you to a specialist. It is not an emergency

This is not what A&E is for. Contact your GP and go from there.

Thank you for your replies, think the pain is blocking me from thinking sensibly 🫠 I'll email the GP tomorrow.
