Chronic headaches - at my wits end!

Has anyone suffered with chronic daily headaches and has anyone found a cure!?
I have been suffering with headaches just about every day to some extent or another. Sometimes they are mild and more of a stuffy dull thick head feeling and other days, more often than not, they’re moderate to bad with pain at the back of my head and squeezing in my temples and just this awful pressure.
i am under neurology and so far I have tried amitryptiline, Nortriptyline, propranolol, topiramate and currently migraine Botox which hasn’t helped and is giving me a sore neck.
I am exhausted and can’t carry on living like this, desperate for advice if anyone has any.

Have you seen Dr Chris Jenner at the London Pain Clinic? Might be worth a try. X

@HappyMonkey24 no but thank you for the recommendation, I’ll do some research

I’d highly recommend seeing a good osteopath. Not a chiropractor. I’ve been seeing an osteopath for a few months and it’s made a huge difference to the migraines I’ve suffered for for 30 odd years.

Have you been assessed for bruxism/jaw problems? Might be worth looking in to

Sumatriptan works for me.

Have you had an MRI scan?

I've recently had rebound headaches and actually the head ache menthol stick did help ease it.

What is your posture like, and how do you sleep? Is your posture is a bit round-shouldered and you sit with your shoulders forward and your neck bent back? Do you sleep on your side in a foetal position but again, with your neck bent so your head is back? If these things are true, you might be suffering from cervicogenic headaches, caused by your posture.

Try to consciously not bend your neck backwards and do lots of stretches of your neck (Google how) and see if, after a week or so of stretches regularly each day, it eases up a bit.

There is a new medication out that the nhs only approved last year that can only be prescribed by a neurologist. Have you discussed these with your neurologist yet?
